Willow Wood condominiums are quaint, garden-style units located in Gaithersburg, Maryland, nestled on nine (16) acres of fenced-in land, with a well-maintained landscape abundant in greenery.

The community was built in 1986 as an apartment complex. In 1995 it was finalized and converted to condominiums, as it is today. Willow Wood is autonomous and runs separately from the larger Flower Hill Community, but residents can take advantage of amenities such as a pool, tennis courts, and parks.

Willow Wood consists of two streets: Badenloch Way and Coriander Drive. There are 252 units, 22 Addresses among 9 Buildings.

To serve the residents, Willow Wood maintains an office on the property. Daily operations are overseen by an On-site Property manager, a management company (Vista Management), and the Board of Directors. The office is located at 7911 Coriander Drive.
